These shoe were made popular by Carrie Bradshaw from Sex & The City when she exclaimed excitedly, "I thought these were an urban shoe myth!!" The RL version can be had here. There are quite a few versions and colors of this versatile shoe in SL. Paper Couture has a great version in black.
