Myself and several others were invited to attend a fashion discussion meeting by Blue Linden of Linden Labs tonight. We were queried on our opinions on SL fashion, where to go, what to do and what knowledge we would give to someone coming into SL for the first time in search of fashion and/or other things?
It was very fun and informative to talk with the others and share our thoughts. The highlight of the evening for me was meeting and friending the much talked about Asuka Martin, who recently transferred over from the teen grid, and hearing how she got started in her creating career outside of SL. I've had several friends tell me of Asuka's creations and her shop and it was a pleasure to meet her.
