Rodeo Drive

Digital Image@Rodeo Drive Beverly Hills popular Rodeo Drive could easily be considered a city. Known as one of the world's more admired destinations, the name conjures up images of money, movies, moguls and mega-shopping. Rodeo Drive has gained a reputation throughout the world for its boutiques and couture shops. A new shopping sim named and modeled after this world renowned place is now here in Second Life. Digital Image@Rodeo Drive On a beautiful shopping day I explored the area all set to burn some serious Ls. I am wearing casual, comfortable chic with a slight kick of boho. The great looking and summer shopping appropriate July pants from Beauty Avatar in Ivory, give a clean modern look. For a kick of color, the richly patterned Annouck halter top adorned with a hand drawn statement necklace on the jacket layer, along with simple accessories - tan African bangle bracelets in matte patterned wood, Bromwyn bracelet set in Amber, Porto Corsico bag in creme and red/brown wedge sandals. Soft, sleek, shiny hair with a cute face framing braid in front completes the uncomplicated and put together look. My sunglasses from the Le Femme fat pack at FNKY, shield my eyes from the glare of the sun and the paparazzi flash. Black and Gold

Digital Image @ Black and Gold The understated elegance of black and gold coupled with accents of sky blue and the unexpected pattern of zebra print stockings; makes for a modern couture look with a dash of old world charm. Digital Image @ Black and Gold I selected the Dakota silk shirt from Casa Del Shai with it's flowing sleeves and slightly irredesent sheen and paired it with the Black Dahlia skirt, modded to knee length, from The Niven Collection. The skirt has great movement and mimics the fluidity of the sleeves. Digital Image @ Black and Gold Accessories include the pale, milky chandelier earrings, black lace necktie with it's pale blue beaded broach, black patterned corset belt, sheer zebra print stockings and black shoe booties. Make up and hair are kept simple and classic with an upswept, sleek top bun, softly defined eyes and muted lips. Digital Image @ Black and Gold Hair: Lamb – Unbirthday in Lady Earrings: *Untone Quilt* - Dots Earrings Lace Necktie: Bijou – Diva Lace Ribbon Corsage (FREE) Blouse: Casa Del Shai – Dakota Silk Shirt in Gold Corset: Cupcakes – Underbust Corset in Glitterblack Skirt: The Niven Collection – Skirt from Black Dahlia Ball Gown – resized to knee-length Stockings: “Sheer” – Nylon Zebra Black Shoes: Maitreya – Mishima Dawn in Patent/Suede (Licorice)
